Effective Ventures is a federation of organisations working in collaboration to have a large positive impact in the world.

We were asked to remodel an existing secondary education building that would facilitate the partnering of great minds across various individual teams. A variety of collaborative, semi private and quiet working spaces were organised in a cohesive visionary layout. Key aspects of the concept utilised the existing circulation routes as effective opportunities to harness the change of ideas while also linking the separate brand values under a common design language.
